Orwak 3105 and 3110 fit where you need them to be

In December 2008 Orwak launched two new baler models! Orwak 3105 and 3110 are the smallest frontal balers in Orwak’s assortment and the low height in combination with the small footprint make them fit wherever you need them. They are compact and flexible and they are perfect for customers with small volumes of packaging waste. Orwak 3105 and 3110 share the same features, but 3105 generates more light weight bales. Model 3105 accomplishes a volume reduction of 5:1 and model 3110 a volume reduction of 7:1.

Material selector

The new models are equipped with a material selector for paper and plastic, which makes it easy to change the setting between high pressure and low pressure. For best result plastic foil, which contains a lot of air, should be compacted more slowly and with a lower press force than cardboard. When selecting “the plastic mode” on Orwak 3110, the press force is reduced from 4 to 3 ton, but when you switch over to “the plastic mode” on Orwak 3105, the press force stays the same but the press cycle will be a bit longer.

Adjustable bale size

Both models offer adjustable bale length in 3 different sizes for more flexible waste management and the bales can be easily handled with the Orwak bale trolley.

Autostart for efficient compaction

An autostart function as standard allows the baler to start compacting the material as soon as the operator closes the door.

Appealing design and new features on the panel

Orwak 3105 and 3110 replace the standard model 3100 and they have a new appealing design with transparent covers for the strap reels and a practical pocket for the operating manual. A couple of new features appear on the panel as well.

There will be a full bale indicator, a service and maintenance indicator and two temperature indicators. The low temperature indicator is illuminated when the machine might not have been used for a while and is cold. The high temperature indicator alerts you that the machine is overheated and cannot be run until it has cooled off.
